Yorkshire Pudding Recipe Origin:-
Yorkshire pudding recipe was first introduced in 1737 in North of England. Yorkshire pudding recipe is very beneficial for everyone as it contain a large amount of energy and power. It is available approximately in all restaurants with great demand and usually serves daily with fried dishes. It is equally loved by children as well as youngsters.
Ingredients:-
All-purpose flour…….1 cup
Salt…….1/2 tsp
Milk…….1 cup
Eggs, beaten…….2
Procedure:-
(1) York shire pudding is usually served with roast, so prepare the York shire pudding before 30 minutes of roast.
(2) To make the pudding best, in a large bowl combine flour, salt, milk and eggs. Mix all the ingredients together with hand beater or electric until it became smooth.
(3) Pre heat the oven at 425 degrees F. Pour the pudding in baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
(4) Finally spread the pudding on top of roast and again bake it for 25-30 minutes.
(5) Garnished it with tomatoes and salad leaves. Serve it hot ,it cam also serve alone or with roast.
