Special Pizza Recipe

Origin:-
Special chicken pizza recipe is an Italian dish, liked in all over the world. Pizza is very favorite among children and elders. Pizza is the main cause of fatness. Special chicken pizza is one of those recipes which are eaten in large amount in whole of the world.

Ingredients:-
Pita bread…….4
Onion…….1 small
Olive oil…….1 tbsp
Garlic…….1 tsp, minced
Sour cream…….1/4 cup
Pesto…….1/4 cup
Chicken…….12 ounces
Mozzarella cheese…….1 cup
Chopped tomato…….2 medium

Procedure:-
(1)    Prepare your baking tray with ungreased baking sheet. Pre heat the oven at 400 degrees C.
(2)    Placed the pita bread in a baking tray. Make thickenings on edges.
(3)    In a saucepan sauté onion and garlic in oil until tender for 4 minutes, onion became golden brown.
(4)    Placed the onion mixture on pita bread in tray.
(5)    Combine sour cream, salt, and pesto in a bowl. Mix it well. On the top of onion place the mixture of pesto.
(6)    Now cover the upper layer of pizza with cheese, chicken, and tomatoes with the great care. Put the tray in preheated oven for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
(7)    Garnished with capsicums and boiled eggs.

BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe

BBQ chicken pizza is an Italian food. BBQ chicken pizza is one of the traditional foods of Italian people. BBQ chicken pizza contain large amount of cholesterol. Excess amount of pizza cause many diseases due to cheese present in BBQ chicken pizza.

Ingredients:-
Pizza Crust:
Wheat flour…….2 c.
Instant yeast…….1 pkg
Salt…….1 tsp
Sugar…….1 tsp
Instant oats…….1/2 cup
Water…….1-11/2 cups

Topping:
Drained chicken breast…….5 oz
Bell pepper…….1 small
Jalapeno pepper…….1, minced
Garlic cloves…….2, minced
Onion…….1/2
Plum tomato…….1
Bbq sauce…….1/2 c
Pizza cheese…….3/4-1 c
Parmesan cheese…….1/4 c

Procedure:-
(1)     Placed the flour in a tray and add yeast, salt, sugar, and oats. Then add water and mix constantly until it become dough of pizza.
(2)    Divide the dough in half. One half is stored.
(3)    After 30 minutes roll and flattened the dough according to desired thickness. Placed the dough into a baking tray.
(4)    Pre heat the oven at 425 degrees.
(5)    Cover the top of dough with bbq sauce. Further spread pepper. Chicken pieces, onion, plum tomato, pizza cheese, garlic cloves then finally spread parmesan cheese.
(6)    Put the tray in the lower rank and bake for 15 minutes until cheese melted and brown colour appeared.
(7)    Serve chicken pizza in a tray and garnished with fresh tomatoes and canned corns.

Boneless, skinless chicken pieces…….3/4 lb

Cream of chicken soup…….1 can
Milk…….1/2 cup
Water…….1/2 cup
Cream cheese…….1 pkg
Parmesan cheese…….3/4 cup

Procedure:-
(1)    Cook pasta according to the directions on packet. Add broccoli in boiled pasta during last 2 minutes of boiling. Now drain pasta
(2)    In a cooking pan melt butter then add onion and chicken. Cook for 4 minutes until pinkish colour of chicken disappears.
(3)    In a bowl combine cream cheese, milk, soup and water until it become smooth. Then add it to the chicken mixture on low heat.
(4)    Stir thoroughly until chicken is cooked, then remove from heat and add parmesan cheese in it.
(5)    Pour the drained pasta and broccoli on the top in a serving tray. Garnished with sauce and capsicums.

Procedure:-
(1)    Put the potatoes in a saucepan and add water to boil. When the potatoes are boiled drain and mash well.
(2)    Put the mashed potatoes in a large bowl and add white sugar, milk, eggs, salt, butter and vanilla extract. Mix it well until it become smooth.
(3)    Pour the mixture in a baking tray.
(4)    Preheat oven to 160 degrees C (325 degree F).
(5)    Mix brown sugar, butter, flour in a medium bowl. Stir in the pecans. Pour the mixture on the potatoes in baking tray.
(6)    Bake in the pre heated oven for about 30 minutes or until the topping become light brown.
(7)    Garnished with cream and canned peas.

Procedure:-
(1)    Pour the oil in a cooking pan, add rice in oil and cook for 2 minutes. Now add chili powder, salt, garlic and onion and continue cooking until it became brown in color.
(2)    Further add egg in pan and don’t stir until egg has just set then stir to break the egg and mix in brown rice. Now cook rice on low heat
(3)    Last step is to add soy sauce that will give yummy taste to our fried recipe. The delicious smell is the sign of preparation of fried rice.

Red pepper flakes…….1/4 tsp
Water…….1 tbsp
Flour…….1tbsp

Procedure:-
(1)    Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and add miso paste, chopped garlic and ginger in it and mix well.
(2)    Add water, red pepper and light sesame oil in the mixture of meat to marinade. Cover and put it aside for 3 hours.
(3)    Remove the marinade chicken and drain excess.
(4)    Heat canola oil in a frying pan. Fry chicken pieces over medium heat until pink color of chicken disappear. It takes about 4 minutes on each side.
(5)    When it became crispy, remove chicken pieces from oven.
(6)     Serve the crispy pieces with sauces and garnished with salad and roasted corns.

Procedure:-
(1)    Combine pepper, salt, flour, cayenne pepper in a small bowl and mix thoroughly then dip shrimps in flour mixture.
(2)    Fry the shrimps in oil over high heat for 5 minutes but shrimps should not be burnt al all. Now transfer shrimps in a tray with the help of slotted spoon on leaving the oil in pan.
(3)    In remaining oil sauté garlic, shallot, parsley and oregano over medium heat and stir constantly. It takes about 3 minutes
(4)    Now pour the mixture on shrimps. Put the pan on medium heat and pour vine and brandy on skillet until it become brown and pour on shrimps.
(5)    Garnished it with tomatoes and chopped onions.

2% milk…….2 cups
Chicken broth…….1 can
Liquid smoke…….1/4 tsp
Seafood seasoning…….1 tsp

Procedure:-
(1)    Boil pepper in a boiling pan for 4 minutes then put the pepper under heat so that its outer layer is separated and become black. This all take about 5 minutes then set sweet red pepper aside.
(2)    Put the salmon under heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Now break salmon into pieces and set aside. Salmon can easily be broken into pieces by fork.
(3)    Now pour oil in a saucepan and heat it. Add shallot and carrots in warmed oil and sauté until tender. Further add garlic and continue cook it for further 1 minute.
(4)    Stir the mixture until blended then gradually add chicken broth in all mixture. Cook it until thickened.
(5)    Add roasted pepper in it and stir with milk, liquid smoke, salmon and seafood seasoning.
(6)    Now pour this mixture in a serving pot and garnished with salad or bread crumbs.

Caster sugar…….11/4 cup
Thickened cream…….300 ml
Vanilla extracts…….1 tsp
Cold water…….1 cup
Eggs…….6
Milk…….1/2 cup

Procedure:-
(1)    Pour ¾ cup sugar and 1 cup cold water in cooking saucepan. Stir the solution until all the sugar is dissolve and become brown. After that stop stirring and set aside the mixture. Pour the sugar in an oven proof dish.
(2)    Combine cream, vanilla and milk in pan over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes until small bubbles arise from the sides of pan. Now remove it from heat.
(3)     Beat egg and remaining sugar in a pot. Slowly add cream mixture in the mixture.
(4)    Divide between dishes and place it in a baking dishes and bake. After 30 minutes put out the dishes from oven.
(5)    Garnished the dessert with sugar solution on top and sides.

Slow Cooker Recipe

Chicken pieces…….2 to3 pounds
Olive oil…….2 tbsp
Salt…….according to taste
Onion…….1 cup chopped
Paprika…….1 tbsp
White vine…….1/4 cup
Pepper…….according to taste
Chicken broth…….1/4 cup
Sour cream…….1/2 cup
Pasta…….according to desire

Procedure:-
(1)    In a cooking pan heat olive oil and cook chicken pieces on both sides until these become brown. Add salt and pepper in brown chicken and further cook pieces about 3 minutes and set aside.
(2)    Boil and drain the pasta.
(3)     Add onion in a pan and stir it until it tender. Then add paprika in onions and continue stirring the mixture. Here further add vine and chicken broth and return chicken pieces in a pan.
(4)    Cover the pan over a medium heat about 40 minutes.
(5)    Keep out chicken and let the mixture boil until it remain ½ cup liquid. It takes about 3 minutes. Stir in a ½ cup sour cream and continue cooking.
(6)    Garnished with pasta and baked beans on top and middle.
Serve chicken in a serving tray.
