Bangers And Mash Origin:-
Bangers and mash recipe is a British dish and usually make in cold and stormy days. It is very yummy dish with milk and butter with delicious sausages. Banger and mash recipe is served in almost every hotel with great demand.

Ingredients:-
Baking potatoes peeled and quartered…….8 large
Butter, divided…….2 tsp
Milk, or as needed…….1/2 cup
Salt and pepper…….according to taste
Beef sausage…….1 1/2 pounds
Diced onion…….1/2 cup
Dry brown gravy mix…….1 packet
Water, or as needed…….1 cup

Procedure:-
(1)    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bring boil the potatoes in enough water and cover it until potatoes are cook it takes about 20 minutes. Mash the potatoes, add butter and milk in it until creaminess. Add salt and pepper and beat with beater.
(2)    Over medium heat cook sausage in a large skillet. Add butter and put the pan aside of heat.
(3)    Now fry the onions and mix gravy and water in skillet according to direction on package. Continue cook it until thick gravy is prepared.
(4)    Pour half gravy in casserole dish then pour sausages over gravy. Third touch will be of gravy then finally potatoes.
(5)    Bake the prepared casserole dish in preheated oven until potatoes became crispy brown it takes about 20 minutes.
(6)    Garnished the prepared banger and mash recipe with oregano, mushrooms, mint and coriander leaves.

Ingredients:-
Ground turkey, 93% lean……1 lb
Onion, chopped …….1 small
Green Giant Mixed Vegetable, Frozen…….2 cups
Potatoes…….4 Medium
Vegetable broth…….1 cup
Worcestershire sauce …….1 tsp
Salt…….1/2 tsp
Pepper…….1/4 tsp
Paprika …….1/4 tsp

Procedure:-
(1)    Peel the potatoes and bring to boil in 8 cups of water in a pan until soft it takes about 20 minutes.
(2)    Pre heat the oven at 400 degrees F.
(3)    In a large skillet fry turkey and onion until brown color is appear and tender. Add Vegetable broth, salt, pepper paprika and Worcestershire sauce in it; then cover and slow down the heat, simmer for 15 minutes until it became dry and lightly moist.
(4)    Combine meat mixture and vegetable in a bowl. Now mash the potatoes and spread on top with cheese over mixture with fork.
(5)    Bake about 20 minutes until brown crust appears. Serve pie and mash recipe hot.
(6)    Garnished with ketchup and sliced tomatoes with broccoli.

Frozen hash brown potatoes ……1 package
Melted butter…….1/2 cup
Condensed cream of chicken soup…….1 can
Sour cream……..1 container
Chopped onions…….1/2 cup
Shredded Cheddar cheese…….2 cups
Salt…….1 tsp
Ground black pepper…….1/4 tsp
Crushed cornflakes cereal…….2 cups
Melted butter…….1/4 cup

Procedure:-
(1)    In a bowl mix hash browns, ½ cup melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper until all the mixture is well combined. Place the mixture in casserole dish.
(2)    Sauté cornflakes in ¼ cup melted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat and then pour it on top of casserole.
(3)    Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Cover the dish and bake for 40 minutes.
(4)    Now put the tray out and garnished the prepared hash with fresh coriander and canned beans. Serve it hot.

Ingredients:-
Vegetable oil…….1 tbsp
Onion, finely chopped…….1 medium
Carrot, finely chopped…….1 small
Mushrooms, finely chopped…….5 fresh
Vegetable broth…….1 cup
Dry red lentils…….1/3 cup
Canned kidney beans drained and mashed…….2 tbsp
Ground peanuts…….3 tbsp
Ground hazelnuts…….2 tbsp
Soy sauce…….1 tbsp
Lemon juice…….1 tbsp
Dried thyme…….1 1/2 tsp
Dried rosemary…….1 tsp
Ground cayenne pepper…….1 pinch
Mixed spice…….1 1/2 tsp
Egg, beaten…….1 1/2 tsp
Steel cut oats…….1 1/3 cups

Procedure:-
(1)    Heat the oil over medium heat in a large skillet and sauté the onions in it until golden brown and tender for about 5 minutes.
(2)    Further add carrots and mushrooms in oil and fry for more 5 minutes. Add broth, lentils, beans, peanuts, hazelnuts, soy sauce and lemon juice in that and cover the mixture for 10 minutes over low heat.
(3)    Now season with thyme, rosemary, cayenne pepper and mixed spice. Slow down the heat and cook about 10 more minutes. Stir in oats and cover.
(4)    Prepare the baking pan and pre heat the oven at 375 degrees F. cook the egg in saucepan and pour the mixture in baking tray and bake until mixture became smooth. It takes about 30 minutes.
(5)    Finally pour the prepared haggis in serving dish and garnished with mint and chopped onions.

Ingredients:-
Lean ground beef……. 1 pound
Onion, diced…….1
Carrots, diced…….3
All-purpose flour…….2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon…….1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning…….1 tbsp
Chopped fresh parsley……. 2 tbsp
Beef broth…….1 1/2 cups
Tomato paste…….1 tbsp
Salt and pepper…….according to taste
Potatoes peeled and diced…….4
Butter, softened…….1/4 cup
Milk…….1 cup
Shredded Cheddar cheese…….1/4 pound

Procedure:-
(1)    First prepare the filling by frying meat in a large skillet, add onion and carrot and continue sauté until meat is no longer pink and onion became brown and tender, it all take about 5 minutes. Further add parsley, cinnamon, flour and mixed herbs.
(2)    In a large bowl mix beef broth and tomato paste and pour in the beef mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste and slow down the heat, simmer the mixture for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally until all the liquid is absorbed and pour the mixture into 9 inch pie plate.
(3)    Now make potato topping. Boil the diced potatoes and cover the skillet. Boil it about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and finally drain. Mash the potatoes until smooth and add butter or margarine with milk.
(4)    Add salt and pepper to taste and cheese for yummy touch and combine them all well.
(5)    Preheat the oven at 450 degrees F and bake for 25 minutes until top is brown and cheese is melted.
(6)    Serve with sauce and garnished with diced capsicums.

Procedure:-
(1)    In a large skillet cook cabbage with a small amount of water, until tender. It takes about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
(2)    In an iron skillet cook onion and bacon, until onion became tender and bacon is cooked. Now add ham and continue cook the mixture. Then further add butter and mix it well in whole of the mixture.
(3)    Pour this all mixture in cabbage and cooked potatoes. Season with salt, paprika and pepper. Cover and cook it until one side became brown then turn it and do the same as other.

PROCEDURE:-
