Origin:-
Pasta is a Chinese dish. These days pasta recipes are very common all over the world. Pasta recipes are very beneficial for peoples like prevention of diseases, increase children activities, reduce weight etc.
Ingredients:-
Spaghetti…….2 oz
Broccoli florets…….4 cups
Butter…….1 tbsp
Boneless, skinless chicken pieces…….3/4 lb
Chopped onion…….1/3 cup
Cream of chicken soup…….1 can
Milk…….1/2 cup
Water…….1/2 cup
Cream cheese…….1 pkg
Parmesan cheese…….3/4 cup
Procedure:-
(1) Cook pasta according to the directions on packet. Add broccoli in boiled pasta during last 2 minutes of boiling. Now drain pasta
(2) In a cooking pan melt butter then add onion and chicken. Cook for 4 minutes until pinkish colour of chicken disappears.
(3) In a bowl combine cream cheese, milk, soup and water until it become smooth. Then add it to the chicken mixture on low heat.
(4) Stir thoroughly until chicken is cooked, then remove from heat and add parmesan cheese in it.
(5) Pour the drained pasta and broccoli on the top in a serving tray. Garnished with sauce and capsicums.
